Main Distribution Board

Low Voltage Main Distribution Panel transmits the electrical energy with branch circuit from downstream of feed substation in Low Voltage side to meet end user requirement efficiently throughout the infrastructure with safety & reliable protection.




Description

  • Main Distribution Panel Boards are designed & manufactured in compliance to latest IEC standards up to 6300A at rated insulation voltage 415V.
  • ASTA certified.
  • Integral separation into functional units from form II,III,IV
  • Degree of ingress protection up to IP54
  • Protection release with Short Circuit, Over Current, Thermal Rise, Earth Faults & BMS Optional
  • Rated fault Breaking Capacity up to 100KA/1sec
  • HDHC Tinned Copper Busbar of suitable size for main & neutral bus & 5% for earth bus with supports of high grade polymer
  • Fixed & With drawable assembly system are in range and suitable for ambient temperature condition of 50°C
  • Full digital metering & integration to BMS/external SCADA system for automatic operation; can fall under our scope.
  • Enclosure are sheet steel powder coated & shall be vermin, corrosion resistant, damp proof.

Sub-main Distribution Board

Sub main distribution boards are feed from Main Panels to subsequent feeder’s as point of utilization.




Description

  • Rated upto 800A in accordance to latest IEC Standards.
  • ASTA Certified
  • Manufactured in Form II Construction
  • Protection release with Short Circuit, Over Current, Thermal Rise, Earth Faults & BMS Optional
  • Fault Breaking Capacity upto 50kA/1Sec
  • Cable entry can be either from Top/Bottom with removable gland plates as per the site conditions.
  • Fully TTA Pan assembly version of panel boards are available upto 630A in accordance to IEC 61439-1.
  • Boards are fully shrouded inorder to ensure the heightened safety & reliability to User against any sort of contact with Live Parts.
  • Fixed & Withdrawable breaker assembly system are in range and suitable for ambient temperature condition of 50°C

  • Stainless Steel, Sheet Steel Metal, GRP enclosure system in Floor/Wall Mounting Configuration is available.

Motor Control Centre

A Motor Control Centre is an assembly specifically designed to plug in Motor Control Units differing in features & complexity depending on the task motor to performed. MCC can be manually or Automatically operated for start/Stop, Regulating Speed, Fault/Voltage drop protection and other user required controls by using control units such as Variable frequency drive, Soft Starter, Star Delta/DOL starters & other programmable controllers.

  • MCC are Rated up to 4000A in accordance to latest IEC standards.
  • Integral Separation into functional units from Form II – IV
  • Fault Breaking Capacity up to 100kA/1sec
  • Degree of ingress protection up to IP54
  • Fixed & Drawout Modular assembly are optional with increased safety & dependability
  • Modular or Pre-Built assemblies with Front/ Rear access in range.
  • Variable frequency drives, Soft Starter, Star Delta/DOL or Auto Transformers & other programmable control units are control units for the Motor, Pump, heavy duty fans & compressors etc.

Final Distribution Boards

FDBs are used in shellout the Electrical power to the end user requirement from the Sub Main Power Panel.

  • Rated upto 800A in accordance to latest IEC Standards• Final DBs are assembled in accordance to latest IEC Standards and compliance to local Authority Regulations.
  • Rated upto 630A
  • Single Busbar or Two Split Busbar & Multi Row Type arrangement are available.
  • Short Circuit Breaking capacity upto 20kA
  • Non Split & Split Distribution boards are available from 4-20 outgoing ways in Flush/Surface mounting.
  • Multi Row Type are available as standard upto 6Row with 16 & 24 Modules in Flush/Surface Mounting;
  • Degree of Ingress Protection IP41- IP54
  • Fully shrouded inorder to ensure the heightened safety & reliability to User against any sort of contact with Live Parts
